Consultations are typically conducted in one-hour sessions via online meeting platforms such as Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.
Recurring sessions may occur only where mutually agreed between MNM Resources and the client.

Google Meet invitations or other meeting details will be provided after consultation arrangements have been confirmed.
Consultation fees are quoted and agreed prior to each consultation. Fees may vary depending on the scope, complexity, and nature of the consultation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
MNM Resources reserves the right to suspend or decline future consultations where invoices remain unpaid. Clients are responsible for any reasonable debt recovery costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts.
Clients may reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, MNM Resources reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge the full consultation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may be treated as a no-show and may incur the full session fee.
MNM Resources may reschedule consultations where reasonably necessary.
Consultation sessions may not be recorded by clients without prior written permission from MNM Resources. This prohibition includes, without limitation:

All materials, frameworks, spreadsheets, methodologies, research approaches, models, concepts, recommendations, written communications, reports, templates, and consultation content remain the intellectual property of MNM Resources Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MNM Resources respects client confidentiality. Clients may disclose financial or personal information during consultations. We will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality of information disclosed.
